Falconry Experience Days In Mid Wales
Each day begins at 9.15am with a hearty cooked breakfast at the Cann Office Hotel, Llangadfan where we can get to know one another. We then travel the short distance to our flying ground where you are equipped and briefed for the day ahead then its off to the hill for a days hunting. The location of our flying grounds are beautiful and is within easy driving distance of Manchester, Birmingham and the Midlands. For anyone requiring accommodation we can recommend various hotels although most of our visitors use the Cann Office in Llangadfan. Our flying season is October through to Mid February, the Game Season ends 1st February. We are hunting close to the A458 to the west of Welshpool.
As all hunting is particularly dependent upon the weather, and as our hunting is conducted in the late Autumn and Winter it is essential that our visitors arrive dressed for the prevailing conditions and for what may happen if the weather turns “bad”.
