Just wanted to say thank you for my dad's (Ken Richmond) day out for his birthday on Dec 11th - I know it's been a week or two since you took him out but you know how it is at this time of year. He really enjoyed the day and is trying to persuade most people he knows to have a go!
It would be good if it could happen again - I'll see if I can get a few more of the family involved next time maybe!
